My career sits at the intersection of engineering, environmental science and public decision-making. I translate complex evidence into practical pathways for climate resilience.
I bring more than 15 years of experience across public water management, academic research, engineering consultancy and knowledge exchange.
I trained as a hydraulic engineer in Serbia before completing a PhD at Heriot-Watt University on how woodland creation can contribute to Natural Flood Management. My work now combines hydrology, environmental-economic assessment, policy translation and meaningful stakeholder engagement.
I am an Impact Fellow with Green Futures Solutions at the University of Exeter and a Member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management. I have worked with governments, international organisations, businesses, NGOs and local communities across the UK and Europe.
Leadership & community
Born and raised in Trebinje, I remain closely connected to Bosnia and Herzegovina. I serve on the Foundation's Board of Directors, supporting young people through education, mentorship, technology and access to opportunity.
My contribution brings together mentoring, knowledge exchange and international networks—helping young people build global skills while staying connected to their communities and values.
